This black jelly is packed with blue glitters. I don’t know if there’s a learning curve with this brand, but I sometimes have a hard time getting these to build on themselves whether the undercoats are completely dry, or semi-dry. I might try a couple of coats of this over black to see what happens. With care, you can build it up to opacity with 3-4 coats.
